White interior shutters were the obvious choice for this Gloucestershire couple for their house in Cheltenham. They wanted to match their contemporary home décor and wanted shutters to be as simple as possible.

The white French shutters shown are full height covering the whole span from floor to almost ceiling. They show precisely just how practical tall shutter panels can be especially when they are fitted with a mid bar. Both French shutter sets are identical, hinged on both frame sides with a central opening. And the mid bar seperates the top louvers from the bottom ones meaning that you can have the top slats open and the bottom slats closed as the photograph shows.
